Every small anchor counts. This free mini-reset helps you commit to one achievable step for seven days. No perfect schedule, no big promises — just a quiet start.
How to use this reset
Choose one moment each day. Set a short timer, put your phone away, and take with you what fits your day. Skip a day? Simply pick it back up tomorrow.
Day 1 · Light and air
Open a window or step outside for five minutes. Consciously look at one thing that moves: leaves, clouds, or light.
Day 2 · Calm one space
Clear only the surface you use most often right now: table, hallway, or nightstand. Stop after ten minutes.
Day 3 · Walk without a goal
Walk a block without a route, podcast, or performance. Notice three sounds you would otherwise pass by.
Day 4 · Less stimulation
Turn off notifications for an hour. Afterwards, consciously choose what does deserve your attention.
Day 5 · A gentle evening moment
Create a simple space for the evening: warm light, a throw, or a cup of tea. Small is enough.
Day 6 · Outdoors as an anchor
Take something outside that you normally do indoors: coffee, a book, or a short break.
Day 7 · Choose what stays
Look back: which step felt the most natural? Repeat only that step in the coming week.
